Chalk Ridge Falls: Spend some time on this nature trail located at Stillhouse Hollow Lake. Enjoy horseback riding, and corrals while on the trails.  Open to the public during the winter seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Miller Springs Nature Center: Everyone should take advantage of the various activities offered here. There is hiking, fishing, and bird watching, to name a few. Open to the public seven days a week, from dawn to dusk.

1st Cavalry Division Museum. This facility exhibits authentic gear,  weapons and actual wartime pictures. This museum tells the story of the 1st  Cavalry Division, beginning with the organization of the division in 1921. (254)287-3626

4th Infantry Division Museum. This museum displays the proud history  of this division through all of its great battles. (254)287-8811

Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area (BLORA) a man-made lake offering  picnic areas, waterslides and paddle boats to horseback riding and jet ski rentals. BLORA holds many opportunities for fun. (254)287-8303

Stillhouse Hollow Lake is a man-made lake that offers fishing, boating, water skiing or sailing. There are picnic areas and campsights available. (254)939-5741

Vive Les Arts Theater (VLA), founded in 1976, develops and promotes cultural activities. Throughout the year, VLA  presents six theater productions as well as summer workshops for children and adults. This organization is supported by local contributions and volunteer efforts. The center features a 400-seat theater and a combination gallery and  reception area. (254)526-9090
